REGISTRATION PROCESSES, PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICIES FALL 2010-2011Fall Program Fee Pricing Schedule: Early Bird Registration: May 25-June 18 10% discount on program fees Regular Program Fees: June 19 – Sept 15 Last Call Registration: Sept 16 add 10% to regular program fees No Program Fee refunds after Sept 30 without a medical certificate (3 weeks or more). Refunds are pro-rated to the latter date of written notification and medical or actual program withdrawal.NFS cheque will be charged an administrative fee of $15 WHEN AND WHERE TO REGISTER✺ Registration May 25-June 18: may be mailed or brought in-person to WG at Spring Creek Community School during office hours with cash, cheque or Visa/MasterCard ✺ REGISTER-ON-LINE securely with pay-pal starting June 1. ✺ Registration June 19 to September 7th: may be mailed or REGISTER-ON-LINE with pay-pal ✺ September 8th Office at Oros, Whistler Gymnastics Center opens. Check our website for office hours ✺ Strut Your Stuff Registration Fair 10am-2pm Community Centre No fax, phone or email registration will be done.Classes are subject to enrolment and coach availability.Whistler Gymnastics reserves the right to place athletes in age and ability groups.Program Fees IncludeGFA Program fees include class training, class incentives, reports, awards, and program events. GFA Program fees do not include additional events or added training; camps, travel, Interclub or Gymnaestrada event fees (unless specified) or gym clothing. Registration Forms RequiredForms and payments must be completed in FULL before participants can begin.
Hardcopies are available at the gym office or downloadable from the web.
1.Everyone must complete 2010-2011 WG Membership form including appropriate minor/adult release/waivers or REGISTER-ON-LINE 2. In addition each Parent and Tot Caregivers must complete Companion Waiver. This can be done at your first class. To save time you can download and prepare ahead to bring in. Cancelled Classes
If classes must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather/emergency closure or booking conflicts Whistler Gymnastics reserves the right of choice to determine make-ups options; credit accounts for future classes or provide refunds. Account credits should be used within one year of the accreditation.
Program Withdrawal or Suspension
Whistler Gymnastics reserves the right to remove athletes from the program or a period of time in the program for training issues, behavioral or safety issues, bullying or violence. The athletes, families and guests are expected to respect the codes of fair play and safety first practices established by the club, Gymnastics BC, Canadian Coaching Association, and SD/RMOW facility agreements. Membership can be suspended or withdrawn for non-compliance. The determination of refunding for program removing is at the discretion of Whistler Gymnastics.
