Pemberton Active Start
Running, jumping, climbing, rolling, twisting, kicking, throwing, catching, agility, balance and coordination. Strength and flexibility. Spatial awareness. Creative moment and make-believe. Exposure to music and dance activities Group social skills Preschool gymnastics.

Parent & Tot Age 1-3.5yrs is a 45 minute class focused on building physical literacy by exploring skills and activities in a safe gym environment. Parent/Caregiver participation is mandatory. Strong walking skills needed.
Kinderkids Ages 3-4 is a 45 minute program. This class is for 3-4 year old’s who do not need any prior experience in gymnastics. This class focuses on increasing physical literacy and building fundamental movement skills.
Parent and Baby Ages 9 months to 2 years old. Teaching Physical Literacy, movement, music and discovery. For those crawlers and new walkers. The class starts with more exploration then a circle time and a circuit.
Parent and Kinder Ages 3-6 years old. Teaching Physical Literacy, movement, music and discovery. Kinderkids class for those not ready to be without their parent or caregiver. Circle time, stations and circuits of active skills.
Pemberton Fundamentals
School aged children continue to develop and master the fundamental movement patterns. They also begin to learn gymnastic sport skills. The skills they learn in fundamentals gymnastics programs are beneficial for both competitive and recreational activities in any sport and will enhance the quality of life and health. Children can move from recreational gymnastics to other sport programs, bringing with them all of the benefits of their participation in gymnastics.

Pemberton Fundamentals Grade K-1. This program is for those young ones who are new to gymnastics. This class will increase fitness (Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength), develop confidence and build fundamental movement skills necessary for participation in any physical activity and sports.
Pemberton Fundamentals Grade 2-3 Gymnastics and Trampoline. Children continue to develop and master the fundamental movement patterns. They also begin to learn gymnastic sport skills. The skills they learn in fundamentals gymnastics programs are beneficial for both competitive and recreational activities in any sport and will enhance the quality of life and health. Children can move from recreational gymnastics to other sport programs

Teen Tumble n Tricks Grade 7+: This class offers a mix of tumbling and gymnastics for Grade 7+. The coach provides class instruction and supervision for the foundational skills and progressions through gymnastic and tumbling. Suitable for all levels.
A mixture of Parkour, Trampoline and Gymnastics. This is a great option for learning basic foundational movement skills in a fun setting.
Interclub and Competitive Programs Pemberton
Interclub provides a training framework and offers opportunities for athletes to attend sanctioned events, at which they perform gymnastics routines to showcase personal ability. Designed for all levels. The program focuses on the opportunity for gymnasts to perform.
Program invites are sent out by May 30th for the upcoming Competitive Season (Sept-June).

Interclub – August 1
Interclub Performance and Development is an entry level competitive program in Artistic Gymnastics (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) training 1.5-2 hours per week.
Interclub 3 (PIC3) is an entry level competitive program in Artistic Gymnastics (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) training 3 hours per week.
Interclub 4 (PIC4) is an intermediate level competitive program in Artistic Gymnastics (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) training 4 hours a week.
WAG Comp is for the advanced athletes specializing in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor). Participants train 3 days for 6.75-7.5 hours per week in preparation for competition at Interclub and National level under the Xcel program.
